Shipping Policy
Orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday; holidays are excluded). We utilize Canada Post for delivery. An email will be sent to you with a tracking number as soon as your order is processed and shipped.
International Shipping
Due to logistical issues and the complexities related to customs regulations, we currently ship only within Canada and the United States.
Return Policy
Given the nature of our products, all sales are considered final once they are shipped.
Defective Orders
If your order arrives defective, kindly send photos of the damaged items to info@fortablebeauty.com within 7 calendar days of delivery to receive a refund or replacement.
